Amazing Re-Union with their Lion Friend!

'Christian' the young lion traveled by Bentley, ate in fine London restaurants and spent his days lounging in a furniture shop. The story of Christian the pet lion - and his eventual release into the wild - is as moving as it is incredible.

Two English men, Ace Berg and John Rendall, raised a baby lion in England but had to find it a suitable home after it got bigger - after a year and a half they went to visit their friend at the sanctuary in Africa where he had been placed. They were told the lion would not be able to remember them. George Adams of 'Born Free' fame was trying to rehabilitate 'Christian' the lion back into the wild. The Lion hadn't been seen for 9 months - by now living free with his own pride and cubs. George Adams said not to come - it would probably be a wasted trip. The men said they'd come anyway just to see Mr. Adams. The night before they arrived at the camp 'Christian' the Lion showed up with his pride as if waiting for his old friends to arrive.
